- Observation: Pest control company has visited the facility, and a contract is signed for regular visits. Pest control technician has found a hole and sealed that entry point. Most rodent droppings are removed but there are stil some droppings noted on floor under prep table and under sanitizing sink.
- Corrective Action(s): Remove dropping, sanitize area, and monitor.

- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1. No bleach sanitizer is made at time of visit (visit at 2:30pm). A bucket with water is observed under sink and operator indicated he is in the process of making a new sanitizer bucket.
- 2. Discussed manual dishwashing procedures with operator - hot water with sanitizer is indicated, but no bleach sanitizer is noted in sanitizing sink nor observed staff using sanitizer as their last step.
- Corrective Action(s): 1. Bleach sanitizer must be made available first thing in the morning.
- 2. Follow proper manual dishwashing procedures: a) wash in hot soapy water; b) rinse in clean hot water; c) soak in sanitizer for 2 minutes; d) air dry.
