Observed drop in cold plate at both ice bins in bar, in contact with ice for public consumption. Informed manager that drop-in cold plates, drain lines, carbonators, tubing, etc. are not acceptable in ice bins (cold plates are to be built integrally with the ice bin). Instructed to install food grade grade surface/barrier to keep ice from consumption separate, from drop in cold plate, drain lines, etc. Maintain at all times.
