      • COOLER DOOR GASKET AT FRONT COOLER (WEST WALL) IS IN POOR REPAIR (DETACHING FROM THE DOOR FRAME)-MUST REPLACE. All food and non-food contact equipment and utensils shall be smooth, easily cleanable, and durable, and shall be in good repair.
