MUST REGROUT AN AREA OF THE FLOOR TILE IN THE REAR STORAGE AREA UNDER THE STORAGE SHELF FACING EAST. CLEAN FLOOR UNDERNEATH DEEP FRYERS. CELAN AND MAINTAIN ALL FLOOR DRAINS AND GRATES.

      • SOME DUST OBSERVED ON CEILING VENTS AND INSIDE OF LIGHT SHIELDS IN THE PREP AREA; CLEAN WHERE NEEDED. THE LIGHT SHIELD NEAR THE THREE COMP SINK IS IN POOR REPAIR; REPLACE SHIELD. SOME AREAS OF STORAGE ROOM WALL AND CEILING PEELING; REMOVE PEELING PAINT AND REPAINT WALL.
