REPLACE DAMAGED FLOOR TILES IN ALL AREAS.

      • The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. REPLACE MISSING BASEBOARDS IN ALL AREAS. SEAL ALL OPENINGS, CRACKS, CREVICES IN WALLS AND CEILINGS, AROUND PIPE FITTINGS IN WASHROOM UNDER SINK, CEILING ETC, ALONG BASEBOARDS UNDER 3-COMP SINK. WALLS NEED REPAIR IN WASHROOM AND REAR PREP AREAS (WATER DAMAGE). WALLS NEED CLEANING AND PAINTING IN ALL AREAS (DUST, DIRT, DEBRIS). INSTALL SPLASH GUARD BETWEEN UTILITY AND 3-COMP SINKS.
