      • None of the operations connected with food establishments shall be conducted in any room used as living or sleeping quarters. Toilet rooms shall be completely enclosed and shall be vented to the outside air or mechanically ventilated. BOTH WASHROOM DOORS MUST BE SELF CLOSED.

NEED TO INSTALL AN EXPOSED HAND SINK BEHIND THE BAR,PROVIDE SOAP AND PAPER TOWEL/HAND DRYING DEVICE. MOP SINK IS REQUIRED TO BE INSTALLED WITH A BACK FLOW PREVENTER.FOLLOW PLUMBING CITY CODE. AN EXTENSION IS NEEDED AT PRESENT FAUCET NECK AT 3 COMPARTMENT SINK,OR REPLACE IT WITH A FAUCET NECK THAT REACHES ALL 3 COMPARTMENT SINK. PROVIDE 3 WORKING STOPPERS FOR THE SAME SINK. THREE COMPARTMENT SINK IS PROFUSELY LEAKING AT BOTTOM OF LAST COMPARTMENT SINK INSTRUCTED TO CONTACT A PLUMBER
