      • FOUND A HOLE IN THE FLOOR IN THE 1ST FLOOR BAR, AND MULTIPLE HOLES IN THE CEILING OF THE REAR BASEMENT STORAGE AREA. MUST REPAIR HOLES AND MAINTAIN. MUST ALSO REPAIR THE LOWER INTERIOR OR EXTERIOR DOOR DAMAGE ON THE WALK-IN BEER COOLER LOCATED IN THE BASEMENT.

MUST REMOVE ALL EQUIPMENT/ARTICLES THAT ARE UNNECESSARY TO THE OPERATION, DETAIL CLEAN AREA, ORGANIZE ALL REMAINING ARTICLES, AND STORE ON SHELVING 6" OFF THE FLOOR TO TO ENSURE ADEQUATE FACILITY CLEANING.

      • FOUND DUST AND DIRT BUILD UP ON THE BAR AREA FLOORS, UNDERNEATH BAR EQUIPMENT, AND ON THE FLOORS THROUGHOUT THE BASEMENT STORAGE AREA. FOUND HEAVY GRIME BUILD UP INSIDE BOTH MOP SINKS. MUST DETAIL CLEAN MOPS SINKS AND AREAS.
