"Held for Inspection" tag placed on dishmachine.

      • Evidence of rodent activity found on premises. Observed rat dropping behind counter in bar area-approximately 10 dropping and in right corner approximately 5 droppings. Instructed to remove all evidence and detail clean areas. Serious citation issued 7-38-020.
