- F2.1 Does the facility have proper monitoring supplies?
- Observation(s): F2.1: Sanitizer test strips were not available on-site at the time of the inspection. Corrective Action: Acquire sanitizer test strips and frequently test the concentration of the bleach solution in order to ensure it is maintaining the required 200ppm concentration.
- F2.1A Sanitizer test strips must be available for each chemical sanitizer used at the premises.
- F2.3 Are food contact surfaces, utensils and equipment washed and sanitized in a manner that removes/prevents contamination?
- Observation(s): F2.3: Bleach sanitizer solution was not reaching the required concentration of 200ppm. Corrective Action: Re-mix and test the bleach sanitizer solution in order to ensure that the sanitizer solution is maintaining the required concentration of 200ppm at all times. At the time of the inspection the operator had a backup form of sanitizer solution.
- F2.3D Sanitizer solution must be available and kept at the correct levels for adequate sanitizing action.
