- The eyeball return inlets were not installed in the pool. These are necessary to direct the flow of water throughout the basin and ensure good mixing of chemically treated water from the mechanical room. Install the return inlets in the pool.

- The pool ladder railings were installed but were not secured in place with the wedge hardware. Install the wedge hardware to secure the railings for safe use.

- Free chlorine was measured at 0.04 ppm and the ORP was 365 mV. The Pulsar Precision 30 feeder was empty and did not calcium hypochlorite in it.

- The chemical controller pH 6.9 and the manual pH 7.16 was not consistent. Check chemical controller and make adjustments as necessary to ensure manual and controller values are consistent.

- Water in the pool was cloudy and the main drains were not visible. The underwater lights were placed on the pool deck and not properly installed.

- The sanitary drain for which the backwash water from the filter empties into was backing up when the operator attempted to backwash the filters. Investigate if there is a clog or where backwash water needs to drain as the filters will require backwashing to remove debris built up in them.
