    • 10. Are food temperatures during storage and processing being controlled to maximize food safety?
      • The ice well in the coffee area contained three bottles of oat milk, whipping cream, and whole milk. The bottles were set on top of ice. It was indicated that the bottles would be taken out at 8am and then returned to the cooler at the end of the day. Ensure perishable items are kept at 4C or less or discarded after 2 hours at room temperature.
    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • The back hand wash sink had a glass bottle and a cup in the basin. Additionally, the drain was slow. Ensure the sink is free from obstruction and is always accessible, there cannot be items stored in the basin. Please use the sink strictly for handwashing. Repair or replace sink to ensure proper drainage.
    • 22. Are utensils and equipment maintained in a condition and a manner that ensures the safe handling of food?
      • The top view of the meat slicer was clean, however, the bottom part of the blade had minor buildup of dried food.

    • 04. Does the operator use approved methods for cleaning and sanitizing equipment, utensils, and surfaces?
      • Low sanitizer was detected in the QUAT sanitizer bucket. The operator prepared a new sanitizer solution. QUAT was measured at 200 ppm. Verification was achieved using two different test strips kit.
    • 08. Do food handlers ensure that food is protected from contamination (unless noted elsewhere)(Non-Critical)?
      • Gloves used for dishwashing were stored above food bins. The operator removed the gloves and was instructed to store them in a separate location.
    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • A utensil was stored in the hand washing sink. The operator removed the utensil from the sink.
