- The following finishes in the pool area are damaged and in disrepair:1. The tile finish around the whirlpool basin has damaged/missing tile and grout loss. 2. The metal edge on the bottom of the stairs to the whirlpool is lose.Confirm timeline for repairs and work to be completed in order to address damage and disrepair of the pool deck. Current condition does not render it easy to clean and impervious to moisture.

- A foam wrap was duct taped onto the metal railing on the stairs to provide insulation during colder temperatures. As the current ambient temperatures are above freezing remove the foam insulation. If the facility is needing to insulate the railing contact a pool service company to find a proper cleanable product that can be used on the hand railing.

- Tile on the deck and surrounding pool structure is in disrepair. Heaving and tile damage was noted. Operator indicated that the condo board is in the process of finalizing a contractor to repair the finish on the pool deck. Confirm time frame for deck repair/refinishing.
