- 13. Are the general safety devices and physical conditions in this pool providing a safe environment (Non-Critical)?
- Tagging of the valves and documentation of the flow rate is required to ensure the facility remains in compliance with a secured controlled system for the main drains. With the current main drains, the total flow rate must remain below 188 GPM in order to remain complaint. This may change when new main drain covers are installed. The valve handles are currently removed however there is no clear documentation (tags and documented flow rates) that the flow is being monitored. Implement the tagging and adjustments to the flow in order to maintain the whirlpool in compliance.

- 07. Are the filtration, circulation and disinfection systems used to maintain water quality working properly (Non-Critical)?
- The flow rate of the whirlpool was at 52 GPM. At this flow rate the filtration rate is 14.1 gpm/sq ft and exceeds the maximum filtration rate of the whirlpool. Pool operator adjusted the flow of the whirlpool to 45 GPM. Ensure the flow of the circulation system does not exceed 46 GPM.
- 07. Are the filtration, circulation and disinfection systems used to maintain water quality working properly (Non-Critical)?
- The flow meter for the jet pump was stuck and not operational at time of inspection. This flow meter is required to be operational as the total flow of both circulation pumps cannot exceed the maximum flow rate of the main drains. Repair or replace the flow meter so it is operational. This will be needed when new suction outlets are installed to confirm compliance with the maximum flow of the new main drains.

- 04. Is the chemical quality of the water in this pool satisfactory (Critical)?
- The pH of the whirlpool was found to be 7.9. Operator adjusted the controller set points and recalibrated the system. pH was down to 7.4 at end of inspection.
- 13. Are the general safety devices and physical conditions in this pool providing a safe environment (Non-Critical)?
- The valve handles for the discharge of the jet and circulation pumps have been removed to maintain a secured flow of the system so that the max flow of the main drain cover is not exceeded. Ensure that the valves for each system have identification tags indicating the flow rate each system must be at and to not reinstall vales unless necessary.

- 07. Are the filtration, circulation and disinfection systems used to maintain water quality working properly (Non-Critical)?
- Jet pump flow meter was stuck and flow rate could not be determined for compliance with anti-entrapment max flow rate.

- 03. Is the bacteriological quality of the water in this pool satisfactory (Non-Critical)?
- Inconsistent weekly water sampling was noted for the months of May, June, August and September. Ensure water samples are submitted weekly. If issues arise with sampling due to mechanical issues please notify the undersigned.
- 07. Are the filtration, circulation and disinfection systems used to maintain water quality working properly (Non-Critical)?
- Jet pump flow meter was stuck and flow rate could not be determined for compliance with anti-entrapment max flow rate.
- 14. Is the pool maintained in a clean and sanitary condition, good repair and are temperatures being properly regulated?
- Skimmer pot had a scum build up and requires further cleaning. Clean and remove buildup in the skimmer.
- 03. Is the bacteriological quality of the water in this pool satisfactory (Non-Critical)?
