      • Total Alkalinity was observed to be at 47ppm at time of inspection. Please maintain pool alkalinity at 60-180ppm.

      • The microbiological water sample submitted on 07/08/2025 was unsatisfactory: HPC >2160 CFU/mL. Take all necessary action to ensure microbiologically safe water. Submit a new microbiological water sample at your earliest convenience once the water chemistry is balanced.
    • 05. Is the chemical quality of the water in this pool satisfactory (Non-Critical)?
      • Total Alkalinity was observed to be at 47ppm at time of inspection. Please maintain pool alkalinity at 60-180ppm.
    • 12. Are the general safety devices and physical conditions in this pool providing a safe environment (Critical)?
      • The lifesaving devices were not displayed on wall for accessibility.Please ensure lifesaving devices are acessible and remounted to wall after the renovations are completed.
    • 14. Is the pool maintained in a clean and sanitary condition, good repair and are temperatures being properly regulated?
      • 1. The soap dispenser in the first shower stall of the women's change room is missing from the wall. Please ensure soap is provided for all shower stalls. 2. The child diaper change station in the male change room is cloth and visibly stained. Having a porous surface that is not easily cleanable invites the harborage of bacteria. Please ensure the diapering station surfaces are smooth, durable, cleanable and non-porous.
    • 15. Has an owner or owner's agent, if any, been identified and is the pool operated and maintained by a qualified pool operator?
      • Pool operator could not produce pool operator certificate. Please find pool operator certificate and have a copy readlily avalible during inspections.
    • 17. Does the pool have adequate written policies, plans and posted rules and safety information to ensure that the pool is operating in a safe manner?
      • Operator did not have written procedures for responding to a failed bacteriological water test or for general chemical adjustments. Please ensure the above procedures are in writing. Procedures for fecal contamination events seen.

      • Total Alkalinity was observed to be at 47ppm at time of inspection. Please maintain pool alkalinity at 60-180ppm.
    • 07. Are the filtration, circulation and disinfection systems used to maintain water quality working properly (Non-Critical)?
      • One floating weir was cracked and not functioning properly. Operator installed new floating weir into the inlet and it functioned as appropriate.Please ensure all parts of the filtration system are maintained in good repair.
    • 12. Are the general safety devices and physical conditions in this pool providing a safe environment (Critical)?
      • The lifesaving devices were not displayed on wall for accessibility.Please ensure lifesaving devices are acessible and remounted to wall after the renovations are completed.

    • 07. Are the filtration, circulation and disinfection systems used to maintain water quality working properly (Non-Critical)?
      • Unable to calculate the turnover period of the pool as one of two flow meters was not working. Operator noted that a new one will be purchased/installed if he is unable to get the second one working. Once flow meter is working provide confirmation of flow rate.

    • 14. Is the pool maintained in a clean and sanitary condition, good repair and are temperatures being properly regulated?
      • 1. There was rust spots observed in the bottom of pool basin. Operator was advised to scrub the pool walls and properly clean it. 2. There was a debris build up underneath the pool staircase (in the bottom of pool basin and on deck tiles). Proper cleaning is required.
