      • Facility was using intermediate level disinfectants (Biomers, Biotext) on reusable semi-critical equipment.Corrective Actions:- Please acquire a high-level disinfectant to disinfect reusable semi-critical equipment, along with test strips appropriate for the disinfectant that will be acquired.- Document daily efficacy testing results. Two copies of the AHS HLD template were left onsite. Recommend that two laminated copies be used in an alternate pattern so that log sheets may be reused, while maintaining one complete set of records.
