- Mouse dropping was observed under the hot holding display in the serving area next(left) to the flat top grill by the exhaust hood. Operator was informed to clean and disinfect all areas of mouse dropping.-Operator cleaned and disinfected the affected area during the visit. Ongoing and increased pest control measures were implemented.
