PK2A, PK2B, PK3, Gym: Used cleaning rags were hung on the counter, on the faucet, or on top of the spray bottle. Please ensure the following: • cleaning rags are used only once and then disposed of or laundered. This prevents cross contamination and bacterial spread. • place clearly labeled bins in each classroom for used rags.

      • The cabinet under the handwashing sink in the basement washroom was not locked. Cleaning detergent and bleach concentrate were stored in the cabinet making it accessible to children. - Please obtain a lock for the cabinet to limit access to children.
    • 19. Are indoor play areas and equipment sufficient and being properly maintained to ensure client safety (Critical)?
      • There was an indoor climbing play structure that measured 30'' in the gym. The structure was placed too close to the wall and the gymnastic mat underneath the play equipment did not extend around the protective surfacing zone. - Move the play structure away from the wall to an area that provides at least 1.8m protective surfacing zone around the equipment. - Ensure the gymnastic mat extends around the protective surfacing zone to prevent injury.
