Rave to cashier Uriah! Each time we have had Uriah as our cashier he has been consistently friendly, very polite and efficient. Our experiences with other cashiers at this location have been hit and miss, but I’d rather highlight a job well done to share some positivity

One of the young male cashiers who has rectangle glasses and blonde hair always seems to have an attitude problem whenever I come in. He always seems distracted talking to his other co worker whenever I go through his till, there’s been a few times now when he’s given me attitude and seemed pretty grumpy. One time he called me the B word under his breath after I asked him so bag my groceries(this was the last time I came in and I’ll probably shop elsewhere from now on because of this) The other cashier whose name is franka is always very rude and short with almost every customer as well! Go literally anywhere else unless you want to be treated like garbage

My favorite grocery store, very clean with a great baked goods section with really fresh fruits and vegetables

I usually enjoy shopping here, but my last experience was very poor. This was down to the fact that the cashier was very rude. She acted like she was annoyed that she had to ring in our groceries. She was extremely unfriendly when I tried engaging in a friendly manner, which I did 3 times. She didn't ask if we had a Save-On card, and, when I asked if she could scan it, she looked annoyed, again. Then, to top it off, she redeemed points without asking, but I hadn't realized that until we had gotten home. I did not want those points redeemed, and am ALWAYS asked first if I want to redeem my points. Extremely poor service. I won't be making the trip to visit a place I usually enjoy, so I can be treated with extreme rudeness.

You and IGA have the market cornered in Summerland and continue to gouge the consumer locally. 98 percent of my shopping in Penticton and Kelowna due to saving 25-35 percent of grocery bill.. Usually pretty crowded. The aisles are set up in a way that confuses customers so it ends up being not super covid safe. Good selection of gluten free items.

Always 20 customers in line with 1 staff on till. Over a month later. I am standing in line AS I type this. There is 9 people in the lineup and only one person on till, yet I can see three+ people stocking shelves.

Parking is good but found the liquor store cash system very disorganized. People were just cutting in wherever. Quite rude to say the least. Store management should have control, especially now with covin-19.
