    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • - No hand-washing station in the tent at the time of inspection.*Hand washing sink was arranged by the volunteer.

      • Cooked chickpeas in the pot and steam table were stored at room temperature.- Operator was instructed to reheat chickpeas and ensure hot holding units are able to maintain temperature at or above 60°C.

      • The reefer was unable to hold a safe temperature of 4C or lower. The measured temperature of the rajma was 13C. This was discarded.
    • 11. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Critical)?
      • There was no bleach available for dishwashing. Bleach was obtained during time of the inspection.
