- 14. Does the facility have an adequate supply of potable hot and cold running water and is the water sampled at required intervals?
- No hot water was available in the washroom as well as back sink.-Ensure that hot/cold potable water is present in the facility.
- 16. Is the facility free of unapproved animals, vermin and/or insects (unless noted elsewhere), and maintained to prevent the entry or harbourage of pests?
- 1)Mice droppings were observed under the back hand sink and in the area around the hand sink.-Clean the mice droppings and monitor.2) No pest control was observed inside the facility.-Hire a pest control management company to inspect, treat, and eradicate the facility of all pests. 3) Gap was noticed at the bottom left and center of the exit door. -Seal the gap and weatherstrip the door.
