- A sanitizing solution was not observed.The operator prepared fresh bleach solution during the inspection. The operator was further advised to ensure that a bleach solution at 100 ppm is present at workstation at all times.

- During the inspection a live dog was observed in the food handling area.Operator was able to remove the dog from food handling area; however dog bed and toys were still present in kitchen area.Remove the dog bedding and other belongings from kitchen area.Please note that Animals are not prohibitedin establishments where food is:Prepared, stored, or offered for sale.
