      • Sanitizing solution in spray bottle measured 0ppm.Bottle re-filled during inspection and 200pm was measured.Re-fill bottles regularly and use test strips to confirm concentration.
    • 10. Are food temperatures during storage and processing being controlled to maximize food safety?
      • During the inspection, the temperature of the sandwich display cooler went from 13 degrees Celsius to 17 degrees Celsius.Internal temperature of packaged sandwiches ranged between 4 and 8 degrees Celsius.Product moved during inspection.Service cooler to ensure it can maintain required temperature and keep foods at 4 degrees or less.

      • Tongs that had fallen on the floor were rinsed with water in the hand wash sink.Advised staff member that dishes that have fallen on the floor (and all dishes) must be washed, rinsed and sanitized at the triple sink.

      • Centre of faucet at triple sink leaks and sprays water upward when taps turned on.Fix / repair as necessary.

      • Paper towel was stored on the counter close to the front service handwashing sink.Ensure paper towel is placed in suitable paper towel dispenser.
    • 19. Does the facility have a valid permit and does the facility operate in compliance with the conditions of that permit, or is the facility awaiting approval prior to operation?
      • Expired food handling permit was displayed.Ensure valid permit is printed and displayed.
    • 23. Is the facility maintained in a clean and sanitary condition?
      • 1. Underneath the sink and hard-to reach areas in the staff office was dirty.2. Storage are close to the hot water tank was disorganized.Ensure the indicated areas are cleaned, organized and maintained in a sanitary condition at all times.
