A plumber has assessed the concerns, and the inspector was informed that a new water boiler will have to be installed to provide enough hot water throughout the building.Outstanding Violation (November 28, 2025)Hot water was not consistently available at the handwash sinks located in the preschool room.Please repair the handwash sinks to ensure the taps are consistently supplying both hot and cold water for proper hand hygiene practices.----------Initial ViolationDuring the inspection, the hand sinks in the facility were found to lack running hot water.       • The water temperature at the handwash sinks in the women’s washroom was tested using a probe thermometer and measured at 58C. The water temperature at the handwash sinks in the toddler room, when hot water was available, was also measured at 58C, which may pose a potential scalding hazard.Please adjust the water temperature at all handwash sinks throughout the facility to a maximum of 54C, with 49C recommended.

      • There is only one Oxivir disinfectant bottle in the classroom, used for disinfecting tables/equipment as well as diapering surfaces.- There must be two separate bottles of disinfectant, one for tables/equipment and one for the toileting/diapering area. Ensure bottles are clearly labeled.
