- The paper towel located at the front cashier's area was not inside a proper dispenser unit. Paper towel will not remain sanitary being stored close to the sink basin (due to splatter).REQUIREMENT: Install a proper contained dispenser for the paper towel.

- There was a notable gap located at the bottom of the entrance door (gas station side) and the back door. Pest control records indicate that minor activity was noted, and these gaps may have contributed.REQUIREMENT: Install proper weatherstripping which will remove the noted gaps.

- A used tong was stored on the top left corner of the display hot holding unit at room temperature.Ensure serving tongs/utensils are stored in ice water between uses at 4°C or less, in hot water between uses at 60°C or greater, stored in a sanitizer solution at the correct concentration (100ppm Chlorine/ 200ppm QUATs), or continuously switch out serving utensils with new utensils.
