    • 10. Are food temperatures during storage and processing being controlled to maximize food safety?
      • One of the display coolers containing sandwiches temperature was measured at 10.6 degrees Celsius. A probe thermometer was inserted in one of the sandwiches at the back of the cooler and the temperature of the sandwich was measured at 8.8 degrees Celsius. Cooler needs to be repaired or adjusted to ensure it maintains temperatures of 4 degrees C or below. Do not use the cooler until it has been repaired.
