- Observation(s): Accumulations of filth in and around fridge in deep fryer room. The compressor and piping system have also become soiled, which is a difficult area to clean after it is soiled & could even possibly affect compressor performance. The kick plate panel has come loose again and should be secured in a manner to facilitate ease of sanitation & prevent food and grease from entering and depositing upon the floor area and compressor.

This afternoon I went there for picking up my too good to go food but the clerk didn't know what it is and I already show the screen to them that I ordered (containonly wrap, fruit cup...) gave me $5 wings the service sucks. He was saying you only pay $5 so you only can $5 food. Come on train your staff. And if you don't know what it too good to go app, please go ask your manager don't talk bullshit. The worst 7-eleven I've ever been

Last week I ordered a few packets of cookies from this order. Noticed that they had earased the expiry date on the packet. I called the uber guy and he confirmed that yes the cashier earased the expiry date.

Today Monday July 21, they don't have cream for the coffee, and they say that they probably won't have it for the whole week.

Worst customer service ever. Ordered samosa’s to pick up and they gave it someone else when we got there. Ordered second time, when went there again to pick up. They said they forgot about it and it’s gonna be another 15 minutes. Please hire someone who really knows how to work and really wants to work.

Edit 1: I see lots of issues with food. It's a two way street, people need to check if it's good for them (expiration and stuff) anddd idk maybe not feel ranty? I hope the reviews change when they realized things have been fixed cause folks forget their reviews a lot. So hopefully the workers are trying to be wary of what customers (sometimes Karen's and Kevin's on bad days) are prepared to make things better rather than nothing. I like it when I go in. I can use my points, I get what I like and move on. Chicken is ok, food in back is ok. Varies on certain days if it's good or not... Never had issues with cashiers. They're quite chill and can be friendly if you want to small talk! (I don't go in much so again learn yourself if they like small talk). I like our 7 Eleven, haven't seen or felt any red flags the numerous times I've visited. Feels quite professional how workers work.

My boyfriend and I got slurpees from here and both immediately felt nauseous. Later that night and the next day we had symptoms of food poisoning. We barely even had any of our slurpees. DO NOT EAT HERE, I cannot imagine how unhygienic everything else is if this was just from a few sips of a slurpee. Disgusting

The staff is always friendly here, and their hot food is really good! Washrooms are always 2nd rate, but that's the norm at any gas station.
