- The farthest warmer containing big bite smokies on the roller was found to be initially providing a surface temperature of 54.6C at the smokies - the roller next to it was on a much higher setting and was providing storage temperatures above 60C. The temperature setting on the unit was increased about a quarter way up once identified.
