Light in the walk-in freezer was not functional. ACTION REQUIRED: ensure there is lighting in the walk-in freezer.2. Shelving liner (corrugated cardboard) in the walk-in cooler was discolored and worn. ACTION REQUIRED: replace shelving liner. 3. Flooring that extends up as a baseboard in the meat processing area (next to the dishwashing area) was separating from the wall. ACTION REQUIRED: repair the flooring/baseboards so it is affixed to the wall.
