      • QUAT sanitizer spray bottle used in the production area was tested <100 ppm.- Ensure QUAT sanitizer spray bottle is monitored at 200ppm. Dispenser pump was tested at 200 ppm.- As discussed, ensure that a sanitizer is prepared for use at all times for each food handling area.
    • 12. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Non-Critical)?
      • QUAT test strips were not available on-site to check sanitizer concentration at the time of inspection.- Make sure to keep test strips available on-site at all times.
