      • 1. Half-full box of paneer, not actively in use was observed stored at room temperature.- Operator instructed to store paneer in the cooler during inspection.2. Two large pots of premixed 'tadka' ingredients intended for chickpea preparation was observed stored at room temperature. - Operator was instructed to store the second pot in the cooler and bring it out when needed for use.- Food items must be stored under refrigeration at 4C or below until required for use.
