- 1. The deck drains in the SW corner were cracked and damaged. Replace the damaged deck drain.2. A build up of calcium and dirt was noted on and around the deck drain and in high traffic areas. Clean and remove the calcium and dirt build up in those noted areas.3. Pool deck is peeling and bubbling in sections making it difficult to keep clean. Repair or replace the deck finish. PROPERTY MANAGER HAS NOTED REPAIRS TO BE SCHEDULED IN JANUARY or FEB 2024.

- Open bags and pails of chemicals were not organized and stored in a manner where possible spilling and mixing could occur. Clean and reorganize pool chemicals ensuring that non compatible chemicals that could create dangerous byproducts are stored away from one another.
