- 07. Are the filtration, circulation and disinfection systems used to maintain water quality working properly (Non-Critical)?
- The round weir in the NW skimmer is missing the collar that holds the weir in place. Obtain and install the correct parts to ensure that the skimmer weir is working correctly. Operator stated that they would procure the part and provide confirmation on installation.
- 07. Are the filtration, circulation and disinfection systems used to maintain water quality working properly (Non-Critical)?
- The magnetic flow switch in the flow cell appeared to be stuck when the flow to the flow cell was turned off. The float came loose after a while and the automated controller recognized that there was no flow. Ensure the flow switch is in good working order.

- 07. Are the filtration, circulation and disinfection systems used to maintain water quality working properly (Non-Critical)?
- Initial flow rate for the pool was found to be 90 GPM. Operator adjusted valve for the chemical injection and was able to increase flow to 110 GPM. Previous inspections have noted the pool being able to maintain a flow rate of at least 125 GPM. Investigate the loss of flow and optimize the system to ensure that the flow is as close to the design flow rate for the system.
- 13. Are the general safety devices and physical conditions in this pool providing a safe environment (Non-Critical)?
- The rope for the orange buoy was not installed. Install a rope on the throwing assist.
- 17. Does the pool have adequate written policies, plans and posted rules and safety information to ensure that the pool is operating in a safe manner?
- A copy of the anti-entrapment report was submitted for review. The following items need to be corrected and updated on the report:1. Due to the seized heat exchanger bypass valve the full max flow could not be determined. Tag out the valve so that if it is replaced the facility knows a reassessment of the maximum flow will be required. Ensure the AE report notes this as well.2. The photo of the flow meter on page 11 and statement no longer reflects the installation. The flow meter was moved to the discharge pipe after the pump. The pipe is SCH80 so ensure the proper scale is being used to measure flow rate.

- 03. Is the bacteriological quality of the water in this pool satisfactory (Non-Critical)?
- The microbiological water sample submitted on 12/06/2024 was unsatisfactory: HPC >57000 CFU/mL. Take all necessary action to ensure microbiologically safe water. Site manager has closed the pool as it was cloudy. Follow up action required.
- 07. Are the filtration, circulation and disinfection systems used to maintain water quality working properly (Non-Critical)?
- 1. The filters pressure gauge on the north side of the mechanical room is damaged. Replace the pressure gauge so pressure increase in the filter can be measured to determine cartridge filter replacement. Operator had a pool service company check and adjust the chemical controller to ensure adequate feed of chlorine was introduced to the pool.
- 12. Are the general safety devices and physical conditions in this pool providing a safe environment (Critical)?
- The suction outlets installed have expired in Feb 2024. Pool basin has been closed until replacements are installed. Site manager confirmed basin is to be drained and refinished in July 2024 along with replacement of the suction outlet covers. Ensure the anti-entrapment compliance plan is updated and submitted to the undersigned for compliance review.

- 02. Is the bacteriological quality of the water in this pool satisfactory (Critical)?
- The microbiological water sample submitted on Oct 11, 2023 was unsatisfactory: Total Coliform present. Take all necessary action to ensure microbiologically safe water. Submit a new microbiological water sample at your earliest convenience once the water chemistry is balanced.

- 07. Are the filtration, circulation and disinfection systems used to maintain water quality working properly (Non-Critical)?
- 1. The pH feed pump was running and timed out trying to reach pH set point of the controller. Follow up with your pool service provider to determine suitable set point and feed to ensure the pump is not running excessively to maintain the pools pH.2. The filters pressure gauge on the north side of the mechanical room is damaged. Replace the pressure gauge so pressure increase in the filter can be measured to determine cartridge filter replacement.
- 16. Are proper testing, monitoring, and other records being properly maintained?
- Chemical water testing is not consistently completed daily. The records available for review show multiple days being missed. Ensure water chemistry testing is completed daily to ensure the water in the pool is safe for use by patrons.
