    • 07. Are the filtration, circulation and disinfection systems used to maintain water quality working properly (Non-Critical)?
      • 1. The flow rate noted was lower than the minimum flow rate required for the pool to maintain a turnover period of 20 minutes. Adjust the flow in the system to ensure that the flow is maintained at or above 75 GPM.2. The automated controller readings for pH were not consistent with the manual pH readings taken from the pool. Check and service the controller so that manual and controller readings are consistent.3. The Lectranator was flashing an error light and indicated a low flow error. Follow up to determine the cause of the error on the salt chlorine generation system.4. Excessive bubbling and aeration was noted in the whirlpool. This was noted with no jet pump in operation. The aeration made the basin bottom difficult to see. Investigate and correct the cause of the air entering the pool system.
    • 14. Is the pool maintained in a clean and sanitary condition, good repair and are temperatures being properly regulated?
      • Water temperature of the whirlpool was found to be 42.8C. Make adjustments to the thermostat to ensure the basin temperature does not exceed 40C.
