    • 06. Are proper protocols being followed in regards to client care?
      • Elevated diapering surfaces in a washroom and nursery room had no safety belts. Provide safety belts for the diapering surfaces.
    • 09. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) available in suitable location(s), and properly stocked with handwashing supplies?
      • The handwashing station at the nursery room had no paper towel dispenser. Loose paper towels stacked together were in use. Paper towels should be placed in appropriate/suitable dispenser.
    • 29. Are washrooms / bathing facilities properly constructed, maintained and supplied (Non-Critical)?
      • A water closet in a washroom close to the preschool area was not flushing properly and appeared to be backing up.Please ensure any required repair is completed.
    • 31. Are general nuisance conditions, other than those noted in other violations, being prevented at this child care facility (Critical)?
      • A sink at the nursery room used for handwashing after diapering was being used to wash some items associated with care at the facility. The staff was advised to ensure the handwashing sink is dedicated only for handwashing. A sign should be placed on the wall beside the sink indicating the sink is to be used for only handwashing.
