- Observation(s): Absorbent wood observed under the pop machine dispenser and wood was noted in a sticky condition. This material prevents adequate cleaning and sanitizing. Corrective action: Repair/replace the wood material and use a smooth, durable, and easy to clean material under the pop machine dispenser. Fix any leaking of liquid from the pop machine. Note: Floors were observed in good condition.
