- Observation(s): - Organisation required throughout the back areas. There is very limited storage space, recommend utilising some storage offsite if possible. Ensure that non-food related items (i.e. chemicals, grease...etc) are stored separately from food-related items. - Cleaning/organising of the dish pit area is needed.
