      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sanitizer dispenser not working properly. Sanitizer from the dispenser reading 0 ppm using chemical test strip. Most spray bottles with sanitizer solution had 0 ppm.
      • Corrective Action(s): Dispenser was fixed at time of visit. Quats sanitizer dispensed after repair was at 200 ppm.
