- The facility did not have proper hand sanitizer at the time of the inspection, only a hand cleanser. Shortly after the inspection, the operator submitted a photo of newly purchased hand sanitizer with an alcohol content between 60 and 90% and an NPN on the label.Clean single-use gloves available in service room.
- 12. Are personal services workers at the facility maintaining client records and where applicable, sterility documentation corresponding to that client?
- Operator was not recording sterility verification and lot numbers for services with equipment that intentionally break the skin. Education provided during the inspection and the operator will record this information on client records moving forward.
