      • Staff was observed wearing new gloves without washing hands. Please ensure staff wash their hands before donning and doffing gloves to prevent disease transmission.

      • A bowl was used as scoops in the flour container. Please replace with correct scoops that has a handle

      • No paper towel seen in the hand sink at the front. Operator replaced when prompted. Staff toilet also did not have paper towels. Please ensure all hand sinks in the facility have adequate supplies to facilitate proper hand wash.
