- Hand sink next to dry storage on receiving side did not have hand soap dispenser installed yet. Please install soap dispenser.

- 1. There were some gaps in floor around where pipes/electrical conduit entered across from walk in cooler. Ensure floor is smooth, non-porous and easy to clean.2. A small piece of ceiling tile was missing from third floor dishwashing room. Install missing tile.
