- 1. High level disinfectant log was missing last few days of tracking. Ensure log is consistently filled out.2. Waxing room bed was not disinfected after client use while the inspector was on-site. The operator disinfected the bed when requested. Ensure staff are promptly disinfecting surfaces after each client. 3. Operator stated tools are soaked in high level disinfectant for 15-20min. Ensure tools are soaked for a minimum of 20 min as per manufacturer's instructions.
