      • Facility was not tracking sterility assurance documentation for microblading blades which are purchased sterile. Ensure lot number and expiry date for all sterile equipment (microneedling needles, needles for injection, dermplaning blades) are tracked alongside client information.Facility will begin adding this to client records.

      • Metal foot files were not being disinfected properly. Ensure files are fully submerged in CS20 for 20 minutes.

Some products used for Botox treatment were noted to be expired in the fridge.**Please ensure that products used in the facility are within their viable dates.**Follow manufacturer's instructions for all products used.**Carry out checks on your skin care products to ensure that they are used within the viable period
