- Facility was not tracking sterility assurance documentation for microblading blades which are purchased sterile. Ensure lot number and expiry date for all sterile equipment (microneedling needles, needles for injection, dermplaning blades) are tracked alongside client information.Facility will begin adding this to client records.

- Metal foot files were not being disinfected properly. Ensure files are fully submerged in CS20 for 20 minutes.
