- A used cleaning cloth was on counter by hand sink. It was discarded during the inspection. If using reusable cloths, ensure they are stored in sanitizer solution when not in use. Staff indicated they would use paper towel for wiping surfaces.

- Kitchen staff were not sanitizing dishes that were washed manually. Ensure any dishes washed manually are sanitized in 100ppm chlorine solution.

- Hot water in north side of centre, including kitchen, was not available at beginning of inspection. Hot water tank had been turned off over the holiday week. This was corrected during the inspection and the hot water tank was turned on.
