      • Chlorine sanitizing solution were stored in spray bottles that were previously used for QUAT based sanitizing solution.**Ensure that chemicals are stored in appropriate bottles/containers.**Use plain bottles to prevent mixing chemicals together.
    • 18. Is the facility and equipment being maintained in a suitable manner (Non-Critical)?
      • The 5 feet tall shelving containing play costumes in the butterfly room was not mounted or secured to the wall.**Please have shelf mounted to the wall to prevent tipping hazard.
