- The chlorine concentration for the low temperature dishwasher was measured at 0ppm. Dishwasher was serviced and chlorine was measured at 100ppm.**Maintain sanitizer for the dishwasher at 100ppm at all times.**Ensure concentration of sanitizer is verified daily using test strips.

- The customer coffee creamer stored in ice bath by the champions lounge bar was not fully submerged in the ice bath. Staff replaced ice bin and refilled ice to ensure cream is held at 4 degrees and below.**Ensure high-risk foods stored in ice bath are fully immersed to ensure ice is to the level of the food to maintain a temperature of 4 degrees and below at all times.

Staff discarded solution and replaced spray bottle with a new bottle.**Do not reuse chemical bottles for a different chemical.**Ensure all chemicals used in the food prep area are correctly labeled to identify its contents.
