The facility is not well organized to allow routine cleaning and inspection for pest. ** Re-organize the facility, ensure all food products are kept at least 5 inches above the ground.

      • October 31, 2023: Outstanding. 1. The weather stripping of the backdoor is not in good repair. A significant gap was observed. ** Repair or replace weatherstripping of the backdoor 2. The facility is currently not conducting monthly pest control inspections. Past records were also not available for review. ** Conduct monthly pest control inspections, this can be done internally or by an external pest control officer. Records must be available onsite for review upon request.
