      • Temperature in the toddler room was measured to be approx. 16C. This could be due partly to the cold weather outside and lack of weatherstripping around the door to the exterior. Temperature at the thermostat was increased at the time of the inspection.
    • 22. Is the plumbing system adequate and being properly maintained (Non-Critical)?
      • Toddler room - water temperature in the toddler room was too hot, measured at 56.4C> measured at 55.1C Dec 18 2025

      • OSC bathroom - one of the ceiling tiles in the first bathroom was water stained and requires replacement. Prior to replacement, please confirm that no active leaks are present.Preschool room - the wall beside the door by the door in the preschool room was in disrepair. Repair required.
