      • Ambient air temperature of the north food preparation cooler measured 13-14 degrees Celsius. Perishable food was moved to another cooler.Have the cooler repaired, adjusted or replaced. Ensure that coolers are maintaining perishable food at 4 degrees Celsius or lower.

    • 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
      • There is no light in the back storage area. Lighting levels should be adequate enough to ensure proper cleaning of the facility. The operator stated they are waiting for bulb to come in and replace it.
    • 22. Are utensils and equipment maintained in a condition and a manner that ensures the safe handling of food?
      • The door of the cooler in the front area is in disrepair. The top hinge is missing.Food equipment must be maintained in good repair. The operator stated they are waiting for a part to arrive.

      • The exterior of the coolers in the back area had buildup of grime. All surfaces including food equipment must be maintained in a clean and sanitary manner. Ensure regular cleaning is conducted. The operator cleaned both coolers at the time of the inspection.

      • Food contact surface sanitizer was not prepared initially. Bleach water was prepared during inspection. Ensure that food contact surface sanitizer is prepared and readily available for use at all times.

      • Containers of bulk dry ingredients were being stored in the cupboard under the front hand wash sink. Food was moved during inspection. In order to protect food from contamination in the case of a plumbing leak, do not store food under or near waste plumbing lines.
    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • Items stored in front of the hand wash sink in the back of the facility were blocking access to the hand wash sink.Items were moved during inspection. Ensure that all hand wash sinks are accessible for use at all times.
