   • 02. Is all food in this facility from an approved source and/or properly labelled?
     • There were two cartoons of uninspected eggs (labeled on cartons) placed in the refrigerator in the staff room, which also is used to store products used for the facility. Staff confirmed that those eggs are not used for food preparation in the permitted kitchen. Eggs were discarded at the time of the inspection.Please ensure units used for foods used in the permitted kitchen only house foods from approved sources. Please also ensure that receipts/invoices are kept for all foods purchased for the permitted kitchen for at least 3 months for traceback purposes.
   • 08. Do food handlers ensure that food is protected from contamination (unless noted elsewhere)(Non-Critical)?
     • Please ensure all articles not associated with food processing/preparation are stored away from the kitchen area, including foods for personal use (i.e. not in the cooler used to store foods used for public consumption).The chest freezer in the back of the kitchen was confirmed to be used for storage of personal foods, not prepared in the permitted kitchen. Please ensure a sign saying "Personal use only - do not use" is posted on the unit.
