      • CS20 expired April 30, 2025. It was reported that the CS20 had recently been obtained and very little had been used.Test strips were available and CS20 was testing at proper strength.Obtain current CS20. When purchasing disinfectants, ensure they are well within their expiry dates.
    • 25. Are the equipment manufacturer's instructions for use of specific equipment available and followed?
      • Owner's manuals for the laser machine and microderm abrasion machine were not readily available.Equipment must be maintained and serviced in accordance with manufacturer's instructions. Ensure owner's manuals are available (either in print or electronically) and readily available at all times.
